Established in 2015, Catherine's Kitchen grew from my childhood love and interest in cooking. Having grown up on acreage in Upper Brookfield, the local shop wasn’t just around the corner, meaning we made use of every last ingredient in our pantry. I became very close with our neighbour Mrs Smith (whom some of you may know as the little old lady of Upper Brookfield), spending every afternoon in her kitchen cooking and baking. 
 
Over the years I became accustomed to classic flavours and good old fashioned cooking. Which is why you will notice our products aren’t any of these fancy combinations you see nowadays on supermarket shelves, our recipes are just wholeheartedly the old classics you're used to. Prepared, cooked and packaged in Brisbane, by a one woman team, we promise small batch love and consistency. We use all fresh Queensland/Australian produce, definitely nothing frozen - so be sure to expect full flavour!
