  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives broken, with incorrect products or missing products please contact us at catherineskitchen@outlook.com and we will try to resolve things as soon as possible!
  • Where can I buy your products?
    Keep up to date with our Instagram (@catherines.kitchen) - we post our whereabouts on here each week! However if you're local to brisbane, we are currently stocked in: - Kenmore Fresh Fuit Shop, Kenmore - Brookfield General Store, Brookfield - NATORG Cafe, Clayfield
  • Which products are Gluten Free?
    We produce in a kitchen that is home to glutenous products and cooking. We do however take considerable care when producing and packaging our products to avoid cross contamination. Each product has its ingredients listed. Therefore, we leave it up to our customers to decide whether they believe their dietary requirements will match our products.
  • How does your Pickup service work?
    We cook from our registerd kitchen at home in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. So if you're local/want to save on shipping we offer a pickup service. Just select the option at checkout, and you will be sent an email confirming pickup and detailing how to organise a pickup day/time.
  • Do you use Australian ingredients?
    Yes!! We only use fresh Australian fruit and vegetables in our products. However, as you will see in our Chutneys, we specify that they are made from atleast 85% Australian ingredients. This is mainly due to the vinegars used.
  • Are you licensed?
    Yes - of course! We have a Brisbane City Council Food License and our kitchen is registered with the BCC too.
  • What is the shelf life of your products?
    All of our products have their use by date written on the ingredients label. This will always be 1 year from production. With such a quick turnover, expect your goodies to be quite fresh!
