FIG JAM

A summer seasonal classic that's only around for a few months! Deliciously sweet, but still subtle at the same time, thanks to the incredible flavours of fresh figs. 
 
Have with:
Toast 
Scones 
Muffins
Cream cheese - mix to create a crepe filling 
Cheesecake - swirl into the mixture  
Crusty bread - spread onto crusty bread with goats cheese, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar 
Baked Brie cheese 
Grilled ham & cheese sandwhich
