BEETROOT & ORANGE CHUTNEY 🍊

One of my more unique products, and probably one not many of you have tried! This isn’t to say it’s not any good!! It’s just not a combination that stands out to many looking for a savoury chutney. But I can assure you, once you’ve tried on a cracker with some Camembert or on a Turkey and Brie sandwich 🤤🤤🤤

Some gorgeous bunches to choose from, and so fresh as always. Beautiful coffee table books, cards, candles and soaps if you’re looking for something for a loved one 💗

ROSELLA JAM 🍒

One of the newest award winners. Adding Gold at the 2025 @ras_nsw to its belt. But if that wasn’t enough to convince you to try it, it also won Gold at the 2024 @melbourne.royal A serious labour of love this one, having to de-seed every little fruit, using the seeds whilst boiling to act as a natural pectin to help set the jam!

Our set up at @beaudesertshow the other weekend 🍏🌶️ such a fabulous weekend!! So lovely to be out and about amongst different communities, whilst balancing multiple shopping centre pop-ups throughout the year!

The other week at @toowongvillage 🍓🍅 I’ll be back here later in October!!

I’ve been frantically cooking in the background, amongst everything else! It’s finally getting to the narrow end before our annual Christmas month at @indooroopillyshopping

And the second one!! Can’t quite believe this - adding 2025 @ras_nsw gold to its belt!

Now one of my most classic and hard laboured jams has been recognised by two shows, two years in a row! I don’t always have it in stock, due to the many hours required in peeling and de-seeding the fruit, but when I do, it sells out! So keep an eye out on where and when to buy it!

ORANGE & GINGER MARMALADE 🍊

The first of our product series! And what a goodie to start off with. Our @melbourne.royal Bronze winning Orange & Ginger Marmalade.

A little more tart than a standard marmalade, and with a little bite from the ginger. Made from 100% Australian ingredients including Australian glaze ginger. It’s perfect on a warm piece of toast in the winter, or even switch out the strawberry jam on a croissant for something different

Yesterday was something very special! I made a quick visit down to Melbourne for the @melbourne.royal Food Awards, for the official trophy presentation. Being seated in the MasterChef kitchen, amongst the most talented, self taught and passionate cooks in Australia was very inspiring.

Unfortunately I didn’t come away with best in class, however to see my name up there with some incredible cooks, and to have made it through the main round of 700+ entrants really is more than I could’ve wished!

As many of you know over the years I have won a few awards at @theekka and @brookfieldshowsociety. This year I thought I would take the leap and enter 2 products into the @melbourne.royal Food Awards.

Well, I still can’t believe it!! My Rosella Jam was awarded Gold in the Jam, Conserve or Marmalade category and Tomato Relish a Silver in the Savoury Chutney, Relishes or Jam category. With over 700+ entrants across all categories, I’m so grateful and proud! Really does just cement why I love doing what I’m doing 🍓🍊🍅🍋
